VEGAN PROTEIN MEALS 33

Is it possible to be protein deficient if you're Vegan? – The answer depends on the person if they think that Animal Tissues are the only source of complete protein. If you think about where all living beings get their protein, I mean the primary source; this means that we all get the Protein from plants from the beginning but in this generation you don't have to eat animals.

We all grew up in a society where we don't see the connection anymore between the food you eat and the life of a sentient innocent individual. I'm not here debunking what people should do but I'm here to make you aware about the death and sufferings of these animals every minute and there is no any excuse/valid reasons to refute the truth behind the animal agriculture

So what to do now? – I'd advice you to watch "Land of Hope and Glory" on YOUTUBE. Again, if you refuse to see then this reflects your character as a human being. Being a close minded person doesn't get you to nowhere. I'm not here to judge/criticise people's lifestyle but to inform you how the meat and dairy industries own YOU.
