Stir fried shaved brussel sprouts, carrots, and ground beef. I find ‘ricing’/cutting up my veggies in a food processor and stir frying them with ground grass fed beef/wild caught seafood to be a quick easy surefire way to cook a healthy dinner and to incorporate your not-so favorite veggies into a tasty meal. Try it out with some veggies you know are good for you but you can’t quite bring yourself to eat😀.
