They are vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free, packed with antioxidants and taste very delicious. So so addictive .

Chocolate brownie layer
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup walnuts
1 1/2 cup dates (soaked in warm water for 10 mins, drained)
1/2 cup cocoa powder
Process nuts in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs. Add cocoa powder, process until well combined. Then, add the dates and process until a sticky dough is formed. Spoon mixture into cake tins or lined square baking tin and smooth with the back of a spoon. Place in the refrigerator to set for a minimum 1 hours.
Matcha cheesecake layer
1/2 cup cocoa butter (melted)
1/2 cup cashew nuts (soaked)
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp matcha powder (from @zenspiritfoods )
1/4 cup coconut cream
2 dates (soaked & pitted)
Combine melted cocoa butter, maple syrup, matcha and coconut cream. In the food processor add in cashew and dates until combined then add cocoa mixture and process until smoothie.
Remove chocolate brownies from the fridge and spread matcha cheesecake over the brownies. Back in fridge to set for 4 hrs. To serve, let them thaw at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving. Enjoy! .
