Healthier Honey Garlic Shrimp stir fry by @nutritionstutorial
Recipe below 🏻 Garlic shrimp: make a little mixture in a bowl of:
2 tbsp coconut announce (I like @traderjoes organic ones because they’re cheap)
1 1/2 tbsp honey, 1/4 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt, mix it all up and set aside.
Cook shrimp in a skillet in some oil (I used avocado oil) for about 3-4 mins then add mixture on top and cook for about 3-4 more! Wooo for easy meals!! Paired with zoodles that I cooked in the same pan I made the shrimp in + broccoli broiled in the oven (middle shelf or they’ll get burnt!) topped with red pepper flakes.
