Who would love to wake up to these RAW HAZELNUT BREAKFAST TARTS WITH BLUEBERRY YOGURT, MANGO and KIWI (or your favorite fruit) tomorrow?
For those of you who are already dreaming about a cozy weekend breakfast I have a little recipe for you!
Ingredients for 3 tarts:
40 g buckwheat
30 g oats
30 g Hazelnuts
1 tsp chia seeds
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 generous dash of cardamom
1 pinch of salt
120 g dates
1 tsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp maple syrup
Plain soy yogurt
Blueberries, frozen
Mango, Kiwi
For the crust grind all dry in ingredients in a food processor. Add the dates and maple syrup and blend until all ingredient are combined (the mixture should be sticky). Line 3 small tart pan with parchment paper and press mixture into the forms and up the edge. Refrigerate for half an hour (or overnight). Mix blueberries with yogurt and fill into the tarts. Top with fruits and enjoy right away!
