One for me and one for you? Creamy FIG & BUCKWHEAT jars with cherries, blueberries and fresh figs for a smooth start into the weekend.

Ingredients for 2 jars:
150 g Buckwheat groats
5 dried figs (100 g)
300 ml boiling water
100 g unsweetened soy yogurt
¼ tsp cardamom
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp of salt
Method: Combine buckwheat groats, dried figs and hot water in a bowl and let soak for 1 hour. Transfer together with the rest of the ingredients to a mixer and blend until smooth. Let sit overnight in the fridge. The next morning enjoy the buckwheat creaminess with your favorite summer fruits (I used blueberries and cherries).
