Ingredients are for 6 medium cups.
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup almond slices
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
Grease some muffin cups with coconut oil.
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until you get a sticky dough.
Press the dough into the prepared muffin pan and bake for 15 min.
Let them cool completely before taking them out of the muffin pan and fill with blueberry coconut yogurt and berries. .
