As promised, here is the recipe from my last weekend. It's a with 1 cup
4 mashed ripe
1/2 cup 2 tbsp #grass-fed 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
3 tbsp water
2 free range organic Mix all ingredients properly together and bake in the oven for 35 mins. Isn't the best thing about quick breads, the fact that it needs such minimal prep time; just simply combine your ingredients, no need to knead, leave dough to rise, nada. The bananas and raisins give this bread just enough without the need for any added sugars. It's but I just love it that way. Enjoy folks! Have a lovely rest of the week lovelies.
