Banana Bread with Chocolate Chips by @vegaliciously Recipe:⠀
Ingredients⠀
• 1 1/2 cups bananas (the riper the better)⠀
• 1/2 cup maple syrup⠀
•4 tbsp coconut oil⠀
•4 tbsp plant based milk⠀
•1 tbsp apple vinegar⠀

•3/4 cup oats⠀
• 1 1/3 cups whole-wheat flour⠀
•4 teaspoon black sesame seeds⠀
•2 tbsp crushed cashew nuts⠀
•1 tsp baking soda⠀
•1/2 teaspoon baking powder⠀
•1/2 teaspoon cinnamon⠀
• a pinch of salt⠀
•1 banana⠀

METHOD:⠀
1. preheat the oven at 180 degrees c/ 350F. ⠀
2. With a mixer process all the wet ingredients until well mixed.⠀
3. Whisk all the dry ingredients and add to the wet mixture.⠀
4. With a spatola whisk until perfectly combined. ⠀
5. Oil a cake pan and pour the banana bred into it.⠀
6. Cut in half the banana and press it on the top.⠀
7. Bake in the middle of the oven the first 30 minutes at 180 degrees and the remaining 20 minutes at 150C/300F.⠀
