The fluffiest Japanese pancakes for a perfect 🥞

2 eggs (2 flax eggs or 150ml soy milk for vegan)
60g brown sugar
80 g all purpose flour
1tsp baking powder
1 tsp coconut oil
Combine eggs, sugar and agave.
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
Bake on a medium heat until golden and fluffy. .
I topped my pancakes with blueberry and açaí cashew spread and frozen berries.
I used @frooggies blueberry powder and @nu3_de açaí powder and cashew butter. .
