When friends come over and want you to whip up something extra decadent: double decker sandwich stuffed with homemade Nutella, peanut butter, raspberry chia jam, bananas and Oreos. I recommend sharing with at least a few friends
Vegan Nutella

8 oz roasted hazelnuts
2 oz 70% dark chocolate, chopped
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 TBSP coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup almond milk
1 1/2 TBSP maple syrup
1. Place hazelnuts in a food processor and blend for 7-10 minutes until you have a thick nut butter.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well incorporated and you have a creamy paste.
Raspberry Chia Jam
2 cups fresh raspberries
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 lemon, juiced and zested

1. Add raspberries to a saucepan over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Mash them up with a fork.
2. Add the chia seeds and maple syrup. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
3. Turn off the heat and stir in lemon zest and lemon juice.
