Although all my dishes look super fancy, they’re all super simple to make. Usually I eat the same oatmeal, nicecream and same pasta dishes every day with a few exceptions where I get inspired to try something new. Healthy eating is not about standing in the kitchen for 2 hours every day but about making it a HABIT to choose health over convenience. Yes, I spend more time on preparing food than the average person but probably it’s just a few minutes🤷🏻‍♀️ which in turn reward me with a much higher quality of life.
️ TIP: Find easy, healthy dishes that you love and eat them often.
For example: 🏼
Nicecream (5 minutes)
Oatmeal (10 minutes)
Pasta (10-20 minutes)
Fruit (1 minute)
🥗 Salad / Buddha bowls (10-20 minutes)
