2-ingredient and no ice cream machine required!
I used @suncorefoods organic superjuice powder, indigo bluberry and pink pitaya to create the fruity flavour and beautiful colour This vegan ice cream is creamy, delicious and loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, and other nutrients.

Recipe
2 can 15oz coconut whipping cream (refrigerated overnight) I used @naturescharm
1 can 11oz coconut condensed milk @naturescharm
2 tbsp @suncorefoods superjuice indigo bluberry powder
2 tsp @suncorefoods superjuice pink pitaya powder .

Pour the coconut whipping cream into a mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer. Use a hand mixer, stand mixer, or immersion blender to whip the cream until it holds stiff, about 3-5 minutes.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk into whipping cream. Add mix to create your flavors. I used @suncorefoods superjuice powder to create the fruity flavour and this beautiful colour. Whip the ice cream for 1 minuet until combined.
Use a spatula to scrape all the ice cream base into an airtight container. Smooth the top and freeze for 4 hours. .
