Vegan dark chocolate ganache tart with hazelnut crust.

Recipe makes 6 tarts
1 cup gluten free all purpose flour
1/2 cup hazelnut meal
3 tbsp agave nectar
1/4 cup coconut oil
In a bowl, add the flour, hazelnut flour and salt, a mix together. Add the melted coconut oil and agave syrup into the flour mixture, and mix well. You should get a moist mixture than can be easily moulded. Firmly press into bottom and up the sides of tart tins. Bake at 160C for 20mins. Transfer to a wire rack and let them cool. .
1 cup dark chocolate
1/4 cup coconut cream
Melt chocolate with coconut cream. Fill cooled tarts with chocolate ganache, put in fridge to set.
If you’re using a spiral mold, melt 1/2 cup chocolate with 2-3 tbsp coconut oil and pour chocolate mixture in the mold and put in fridge to set.
Remove chocolate from mold and place it on top of chocolate ganache. Decorate and enjoy. .
