1 mashed banana
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon coconut sugar (optional)
1 1/2 cup plant based mylk
Everything in the food processor, give it a quick whizz, not too much just to combine your ingredients and then wait 10 minutes before making pancakes (makes 12 mini pancakes)
