The texture is great when frozen (creamy) 3. Good for your stomach (as papayas mangos contain certain enzymes with stomach comforting qualities) 4. As all fruits they are packed with fiber, vitamins and minerals which make you thrive

The RECIPE for the smoothie 1 serving:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp pink pitaya powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup plant milk
