  • Gluten-free, grain free, paleo, Keto compliant pecan pie . Recipe for 1 pie Crust 1 cup soaked cashews 2 tbsp honey/maple syrup (for vegetarian/vegan) 2 tbsp ghee/coconut oil (for vegetarian/vegan) 1 cup coconut flour Pinch of salt . Filling 2 cups pecan 4 tbsp ghee/coconut oil (for vegetarian/vegan) 1 tbsp vanilla 1 cup soaked dates Pinch of salt . Instructions .Puree crust ingredients and line pie pan with it. .Puree filling ingredients except pecans, then fold in pecans into filing and pure into crust; you could also garnish the top of the pie with more pecans afterwards .Bake for about 20mins in the oven at 350 degrees F and leave to cool on counter and afterwards in refrigerator for filing to set properly. Here's the recipe 3 boiled eggs 1/4 lb ground lamb Seasonings (Thyme, salt, home made seasoning mix: homemade curry, onion powder, garlic, ginger, and black pepper) Season ground lamb with seasonings, divide and mold into 3 balls. Wrap each ball around each boiled egg till it covers egg completely and bake in the oven at 350 degrees till the ground lamb is well cooked/browned, should be about 30 minutes.
