@matsecooks SIMPLE COCONUT RICE RECIPE.
PS: I soaked my Basmati rice in cold water for 15 – 30 minutes, rinsed and drained before using. This gives a head start in cooking, removes starch and gives better textured basmati rice.
Cayenne pepper is the regular ground dried pepper you get at the local markets. Add more Cayenne pepper if you wish.
I added the crayfish towards the end so that it doesn't over power the flavour of the coconut.
PPS: 1/2 cup of water + 3 cups coconut milk.
Tbs = Tablespoon.
Tsp = Teaspoon.
