Pumpkin spice by @foodie.yuki
No bake pumpkin pie (Ingredients are for a 20 cm tin)

Crust
150g oats
100g pecans
1 tbsp flax seeds, grounded
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp Allspice
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
12 dates, pitted
Place the oats and pecan in a food processor and blend until finely ground. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until you get a sticky dough. Press the dough firmly into the tin and place in the refrigerator whilst making the filling. 。
Filling
200g pumpkin purée (steamed and blended)
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 stick Cinnamon
1 /2 tsp Allspice
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1 can full fat coconut milk (the solid part)
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp agar powder
2 Tbsp agave
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat until well combined.
Remove the cinnamon stick and let the mixture cool down a little before pouring it over the tart base.
Place back in the fridge for a couple of hours to set. .
