One track mind nutella bowls this morning because I just want all the chocolate today
raw Nutella recipe:
1 cup hazelnuts (soaked in hot water and skins peels off)
4 tablespoons cacao butter
6 pitted dates (if they're hard soak them in water first)
3 tablespoons cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt .
In your food processor grind your hazelnuts until they're almost the consistency of butter. Add the rest of your ingredients and process until you have a smooth creamy texture. Transfer into clean glass jars and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks (if it lasts that long) ️ to make the smoothies I blended two frozen bananas with one tablespoon of Nutella, one cup of plant based mylk and one 1 teaspoon of maca powder
