Nothing in this world is cooler than pink porridge, right? You may think this is a smoothie, but it’s actually a bowl of creamy oatmeal with pink pitaya powder from @unicornsuperfoods . I think I’ll get magical powers soon from this vibrant, antioixdant-rich powder. 🏼
To make this bowl, I cooked 1 cup oats + 2 cups almond milk over the stove, mixed in 1/2 tsp. of the pitaya powder with sweetener to taste, and topped it with banana slices + frozen berries.
