LEMON BLUEBERRY ALMOND PROTEIN BALLS⠀

INGREDIENTS⠀
1/2 c almond butter⠀
1 tbsp. honey⠀
1/2 c blanched almond flour⠀
1 scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein⠀
1 tbsp. lemon zest⠀
2 tbsp. lemon juice⠀
1/2 c fresh blueberries⠀

INSTRUCTIONS⠀
1. Melt the almond butter and honey together in the microwave for about 20 seconds just to soften and combine. ⠀
2. Add the almond flour, protein powder, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix to form a dough, and gently fold in the blueberries. Roll into 14 balls, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Keep refrigerated until you're ready to enjoy!⠀
