Bo’s Creamy Green smoothie
3 frozen bananas
1 avocado
3 pears
3 dates
1-2 tsp almond butter
Handful of kale
1/2-1 tsp matcha powder
2 cups filtered water
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt .
Add all ingredients apart from the coconut yoghurt to a blender. Process until smooth, adding a little more water if you need to. Dollop coconut yoghurt in the bottom of glasses and pour over smoothie. Slurp and enjoy immediately! .
