It has been another crazy day, I baked for about 7 hours in a row for a cute project with @raureni_cu_drag (you can check my stories ). Now I can finally enjoy a bit of peace and silence thinking about this refreshing meal that I enjoyed this weekend: roasted asparagus with parmesan chesse, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, a pinch of chilli flakes, an egg on top, oh and some extra cured yolk on top of that 🤣 how was your Monday? .
