I have come again with my favorite plate and food…. Okra lovers please stand up and salute ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฌ Ingredients:
Okra
Assorted Meat ie beef, shaki, intestines, Kpomo etc
Pumpkin leaves ie Ugu leaves
Ice fish preferably Mackerel
Grounded crayfish
Seasoning cube
Salt to taste
Freshly grounded Ata rodo or dry grounded chilli pepper
Dry fish optional though I didn't made up of it.

Procedure:
Washed and cut okra into tiny pieces. Wash the pumpkin or Ugu leaves or any Vegetable of your choice and cut into tiny pieces.

Wash and boiled your iced fish if you're using one, leave to cool and deboned.

Wash your assorted Meat and also stock fish and cook your assorted Meat and stock fish separately till tender. Add together and simmer for another 10-15mins, check to know the quantity of stock in it and add more water if need be before adding a little bit of palm oil, salt to taste, cubes, grounded crayfish and pepper and allow to cook, at this point you can add your deboned cooked fish.

I don't like the frying method use when preparing okra soup as okra tend to be overcooked sometimes.

Correct seasoning if need be and check for the water content to avoid it been watery
Add your okra and allow to shimmer before adding the washed veggie of your choice and cover to shimmer for 3-5mins to avoid been overcooked. Stir and bring down a s soup is ready to be served with any ball food of your choice
