RECIPE (2 BOWLS)
– 600 G POTATOES
– 4 CARROTS
– 100G KALE
– LEMON JUICE
– NUTRITIONAL YEAST
– HUMMUS (SEE LATEST VIDEO OR IN MY APP)
– BEETROOT SPROUTS
– SUNFLOWER SEEDS

1. Bake the potatoes and carrots on 200C/392F for 20-30 min
2. Wash the kale, remove stems, break it into smaller pieces, cook with lemon juice until soft
3. Chop a pre cooked beetroot and assemble the bowl when potatoes are ready
.
