Happy Wednesday with a quick & easy snack — vegan yogurt topped with frozen berries and homemade oil-free coconut granola. Since @aspoonfulofhealth_ , @oneslicemore , and @breakfastwithflowers are hosting a , I’d love to enter it with this bowl. Magical bowls are the best 🏼.
For the granola:
-2 cups rolled oats
-1/2 cup sunflower seeds (any nuts will do)
-1/2 cup coconut shreds
-1/4 cup applesauce
-1/4 cup sweetener of choice
-1 tsp. cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and bake at 350° for ~20 minutes, flipping halfway. Enjoy!
