I’ve felt extra stressed and tired due to school work + sleep problems and definitely could use a caffeine boost. So, when @yoursuperfoods sent me their superfood mixes, I immediately wanted to try their Energy Bomb powder — which has all the goodies for energy. Here’s a bowl of oatmeal:
-1 cup old-fashioned oats
-2 cups almond milk / water
-1 tsp. Energy Bomb powder @yoursuperfoods -1 tsp. sweetener of choice
I mixed in some poppy butter, and all the good toppings — because delicious fuel is the best. Enjoy! 🏼
