Ingredients for 1 big bowl:
50 g semolina
240 ml coconut mylk
220 ml water
½ tsp lemon zest
½ tsp vanilla bean powder
1 pinch of salt
sweetener of your choice

Method:
Add coconut milk, water, lemon zest, vanilla and salt to a saucepan. Using a metal whisk continuously stir in the semolina until thickened. Sweeten if you like. Remove from the heat and pour into a bowl. Enjoy with hot raspberries, crunchy granola or your favorite toppings.️
