Coconut chia pudding:
1/2 soaked chia seeds in 1 cup of almond milk. I put the ingredients in a jar with a lid so I can shake it every once in awhile.
after letting the pudding soak overnight, add some coconut yogurt and sweetener of choice, grab some natural food colouring (I used blue spirulina) and start layering! leftover blue nice cream was added to the top.
