Black bean brownies by @goodnessavenue they’re sugar free, dairy free and rich in both protein and fibre. my kinda indulgence 🏼.
makes 12 brownies:
1 can black beans
1/4C @loving_earth raw cacao
2 eggs (or flax eggs)
3 tbsp @melrosehealth coconut oil
3 tbsp @rawearthsweetener or granulated stevia
2 mashed bananas
1 3/4C oat flour (just blend rolled oats!) 1 tsp baking powder .
preheat oven to 180C (fan forced). blend beans, cacao, eggs and oil in a high speed blender (i used my @vitamix 🌪) add bananas- keep a little chunky if possible. stir in oat flour and baking powder. pour into a greased tin and bake for 30 minutes. top with yoghurt and YUM 🤸‍♂️
