As part of getting more strict on this lifestyle, I'm bringing back the #stirfry. I find it's one of the quickest, easiest way to incorporate into my #diet. I simply chop up the or any other veggie with my but in this case I used my hands because I like the way cabbage looks like and stir fry with a little bit: 1 or 2 tbsp, of like till the cabbage is cooked to your taste; it shouldn't to take more than a few minutes. I then add in seasoned that I've separately, and stir for a bit longer till it's well incorporated into the cabbage. I really love the flavor profile that lamb brings into the meal.
